Why Choose Within The Village

Within The Village is an ideal venue for groups, retreats, family or friend gatherings and small intimate events. The unique layout and setting of the luxury properties act as a canvas on which you can create and curate your own individual experience for your guests.

Our team will work with you in advance to tailor the space for your guests / event / retreat and will be on standby on request during your stay to assist in any operational way.

Rates and Availability

Exclusive Hire dates are available year-round. Rates start from €5,000 for a 2-night minimum stay off-peak season. Additional services are available and priced individually depending on your requirements.

As availability can be limited at certain times of the year, we recommend getting in touch in advance.

Our Accommodation

The 5 interconnecting cottages work perfectly for Exclusive Hire with 12 individual bedrooms, sleeping up to 28 people sharing.  Located in the heart of the village, overlooking Roundstone bay, there are generous indoor and outdoor spaces for guests to come together across the houses, along with all the benefits of the village and its Food & Beverage offerings on your doorstep.

Most of the beds can be configured as doubles or two singles.  Each cottage has full kitchen facilities, living space and private outdoor terraces/balconies (see withinthevillage.ie for videos and floor plans of Lichen, Kelp, Bog Cotton, Bracken , Sea cottages and communal areas).

Outside Catering & Other Services

Included in the price quoted, along with the 5 in-house kitchens, there is the use of an external catering kitchen and green egg BBQ to the rear of the property suitable for use for outside caterers and private chefs.

We can recommend other transport, accommodation and food and beverage providers within the area for you to contact directly and to work with you for your exclusive hire.
